Needed to fix comb from last year that was attached to the intercover. I had removed a couple of frames and ended up not replacing them. But the bees built nice straight combs attached to the cover.
With help, we cut off the comb, cut it to fit a deep frame and used fishing line wrapped around the frame to hold it in place. Worked well.
Took a couple of frames of nice honey from the second hive.
