Since being home since mid March and lots of time to work on the property, I decided to work on clearing the area just east of the Butternut trees. Very overgrown with Asian Bush honeysuckles, Vining honeysuckle, Multiflora rose and grape vines. The whole area measures about 5000 square feet.

| Looking South from the yard Down behind all of the overgrowth is a foundation. Since being able to look more closely at this area, it looks like the building burned: melted tires and glass.     The easiest way to remove the bushes tangled with vines, was to cut the base, wrap with a tow strap and pull out with the truck.     Look before you cut with your chainsaw! This is a cable hanging from the tree with a vine growing around it. Decided to leave it.     Planted sweet potatoes!  |
