We had our first real, heavy snow yesterday. About 6" of snow. Started out as rain on Wednesday, turned into freezing rain and sleet. Classes for the local schools were all on line Wed. through Fri. Indian University went to on line classes for Thurs. through Friday.
Had a bit of a problem getting into the rooster coop. Hinges were frozen, as was the bottom of the bottom door. Needed to get in to give them more water and fill their feed bin. Also, needed to take some of their food down to the main flock.
