Picked up my bees today and got them installed into the hives.
I cleaned out the dead hive really well and left it open to the sun for several weeks. The third hive I bought from the Bedford Bee Club. I reconfigured the legs so they were not attached to the front and made more like my the first two hives that I built.
I gave both hives comb from hive #1 that died.
