A good friend told me of this property that a friend needed someone to rent. She had bragged about how much work I do for her on her property and vineyard and that I would be a good person to take care of it.
I got the address and took a look. It is 3 acres with a 1923 house and and the property needed a LOT of work. I said no.
I was then invited to take a closer look and see the inside of the house. The owner had remodeled inside so everything was new. Every room was hardwood floors. SOLD. We did a rent to own contract.
